RoadBuilders Machinery & Supply in Omaha, NE is seeking a full-time Yard Coordinator to help maintain our busy yard and support rentals, sales, and demos. The role focuses on inspecting machines, cleaning equipment, and ensuring readiness for customers while keeping the yard tidy and safe.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy equipment operations or inspections.
• Ability to read and follow instructions.
• Willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
• Must pass background, drug, and MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Complete machine inspections with proper documentation.
• Cleaning all types of heavy equipment.
• Help ensure equipment is fully prepared and ready for rental, sale, or demo.
• Ensure the yard is clean and organized.
• Follow all safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Candidate Must Haves

• Familiarity with operating construction/heavy equipment
• Able to read, write and communicate in English
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions
• Valid driver’s license, high school diploma (or equivalent), and ability to pass background, drug, and MVR checks
• Ability to follow instructions
• Ability to work with little or no supervision and as part of a team when needed
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds
