Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience as a technician repairing and maintaining construction equipment (aerial equipment experience a plus).
• Strong knowledge of engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems with the ability to read schematics/diagrams.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and advanced repair techniques.
• A self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and demonstrates teamwork in a collaborative shop environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Ownership of appropriate tools for the trade.
• Valid driver’s license, high school diploma (or equivalent), and ability to pass background, drug, and MVR checks.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Able to carry and lift up to 60lbs.
• Occasional travel for training; overnight stays may be required.

Primary Job Duties*
