Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals is seeking a Porter / Yard Worker to station and retrieve equipment on site, maintain maintenance schedules and ensure equipment meets specifications. The role may involve basic service tasks and inspecting gear before and after rental.

Strong communication, basic math, and computer skills are helpful. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and experience with construction tools is a plus. Sunbelt offers competitive benefits and training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience with common construction and industrial tools preferred.
• Some experience and/or training in repair of mechanical equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Station equipment on the location and retrieve it as needed.
• Maintain a written maintenance schedule and service equipment to meet specifications.
• Inspect equipment before and after rental and document any lost or damaged items.
