Job summary

Truss Craft of Wyoming, a Mead Lumber Company, is seeking a full-time yard loader to safely load building materials and assist with deliveries. You will stock, label, and organize the yard, and help maintain safety and efficiency in all weather conditions.

Pay starts at $20.00+ per hour, with schedules including 7:30 AM–3:30 PM or longer shifts; employees benefit from ESOP, medical/dental/vision plans, a 401(k), PTO, and tuition assistance where eligible.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to operate or obtain certification for forklifts and chainsaws.
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Able to lift and carry 75 pounds consistently.
• Experience with lumber yard handling and order fulfillment is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Safely and efficiently load building materials for customers.
• Receive and unload vendor deliveries; stock and organize yard.
• Label and track special-order materials; maintain yard cleanliness.
• Assist with occasional deliveries and equipment operation (forklifts, banders, saws).
• Follow safety procedures and work across all weather conditions.
