Job summary

Company Wrench LTD in Charlotte, NC is seeking dedicated individuals to join our shop and yard team. You will clean and organize, take rental photos, prep equipment, load/unload trucks, and assist technicians as needed.

The role offers growth opportunities, paid training, and a range of benefits including health, 401(k) with match, PTO, and ESOP. A valid driver's license and safe work habits are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a shop environment or outdoors preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Good communication skills.
• Good, safe work habits.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and organizing the shop and yard.
• Taking rental pictures of incoming and outgoing equipment and checking for damages as equipment arrives.
• Uploading of rental paperwork and equipment photos.
• Pressure washing heavy equipment.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Pulling orders and Shipping helper as needed.
• Driving to pick-up and deliver parts and supplies as needed.
• Prepping sold and rental equipment as needed.
• Assisting technicians as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
