Job summary

Company Wrench in Charlotte, NC is seeking a motivated shop/yard associate to support cleaning, prep, loading, and general equipment readiness.

You will take rental photos, document damages, unload/load trucks, move parts, and assist technicians in a safety-conscious environment. We offer medical, dental & vision, 401K with match, PTO, paid training, ESOP, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in a shop or outdoor environment preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize the shop and yard.
• Take rental pictures and check for damages on arrival.
• Take website photos of equipment.
• Upload rental paperwork and equipment photos.
• Pressure wash heavy equipment.
• Clean rental units inside and out.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Pull orders and assist with shipping as needed.
• Drive to pick up and deliver parts and supplies.
• Prep sold and rental equipment as needed.
• Attach and remove attachments to machines as needed.
• Assist technicians as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Pressure washing heavy equipment
• Cleaning rental units inside and out
• Loading and unloading trucks
• Pulling orders and Shipping helper as needed
• Driving to pick-up and deliver parts and supplies as needed
• Prepping sold and rental equipment as needed
• Adding and removing attachments to machines as needed
• Assisting technicians as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• Experience working in a shop environment or outdoors preferred
• High School diploma or GED

Required Abilities

• Good communication skills

• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
