Job summary

Company Wrench is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Charlotte. The role involves cleaning and organizing the shop and yard, taking photos for rentals, uploading paperwork, and ensuring equipment is ready for pickup and delivery.

Responsibilities include equipment prep, light maintenance, assisting technicians, and occasional driving to obtain parts or deliver rentals. A valid driver’s license and safe driving record are required, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a shop environment or outdoors preferred.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Good communication skills and reliable work habits.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize the shop and yard.
• Take rental pictures of incoming and outgoing equipment and check for damages.
• Upload rental paperwork and equipment photos.
• Pressure wash heavy equipment.
• Load and unload trucks; assist with shipping as needed.
• Assist technicians and prep sold and rental equipment.
• Drive to pick up and deliver parts and supplies as needed.
