Job summary

Company Wrench in Parma, OH is seeking dedicated, career-minded individuals to join our experienced team. This role involves cleaning, organizing the shop and yard, photographing equipment, handling rental paperwork, and supporting technicians.

You will drive to pick up and deliver parts, prep equipment, and assist with loading, shipping, and other duties. We offer medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and opportunities for growth through training and ESOP.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a shop environment or outdoors.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Good communication skills.
• Good, safe work habits.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Good computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize the shop and yard.
• Take rental pictures and check for damages on incoming equipment.
• Take website photos of equipment.
• Upload rental paperwork and equipment photos.
• Pressure wash heavy equipment.
• Clean rental units inside and out.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Pull orders and assist shipping as needed.
• Drive to pick up and deliver parts and supplies as needed.
• Prep sold and rental equipment as needed.
• Attach/detach attachments to machines as needed.
• Assist technicians as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
