Job summary

Four Seasons seeks a Manager, Planning & Integration for Four Seasons Yachts in Miami. You will drive optimization of Yacht 1 and lead pre-opening planning for Yachts 2 and 3, coordinating across Shoreside, Shipboard and Corporate teams to ensure readiness.

Responsibilities include managing project scopes, schedules, budgets, and key milestones, with reporting to the Senior Director. Expect travel 10-15% and a hybrid schedule with three days per week in the Miami office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in a comparable role supporting major operational projects.
• Experience with luxury hotel/yacht operations is preferred.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a matrix, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project scopes, timelines and budgets for yacht initiatives.
• Lead pre-opening planning and integration for Yachts 2 and 3, tracking readiness milestones.
• Coordinate across Shoreside, Shipboard, and Corporate teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain standard tools and templates, and report progress to leadership.
• Advise on risk, dependencies and escalation paths across programs.
