Qualifications

• 10-12 yrs in charter, incentive, or group sales within cruise luxury travel.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding annual revenue targets.
• Expert-level negotiation and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker who translates vision into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Establish account work plans, map revenue streams, and build client relationships.
• Lead charter operations and group bookings; set pricing strategies.
• Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations to maximize revenue.
• Travel to client locations and industry events to strengthen relationships.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business
