SERVPRO of Annapolis/Severna Park in Arnold, MD is seeking a Mitigation Billing & Xactimate Coordinator. The role focuses on turning field documentation into accurate Xactimate estimates to speed billing.

In-office position with restoration teams; you will build estimates, review files, coordinate with Project Managers, and manage the billing process to keep jobs current and invoiced promptly.

Qualifications

• Experience handling restoration billing and estimates is preferred.
• Familiar with Xactimate, XactAnalysis or similar software.
• Ability to manage high-volume billing files with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Write Xactimate estimates for water, fire and mold mitigation jobs
• Build estimates from field scopes, photos, measurements and job documentation
• Review completed job files for missing information
• Work with Project Managers and field staff when additional information is needed
• Make estimate revisions and corrections when necessary
• Track completed mitigation jobs through the billing process
• Prepare and send invoices
• Complete required insurance and program documentation
• Keep job notes and files organized and up to date
• Follow up internally on jobs that are missing information or waiting to be billed
