Job summary

SERVPRO in Arnold, MD is seeking a Mitigation Billing & Xactimate Coordinator to join our in-office team. You will convert field documentation into precise Xactimate estimates for water, fire and mold mitigation projects.

Key duties include building estimates from scopes, photos and measurements, reviewing files for missing data, and collaborating with Project Managers to finalize billing. This is a full-time in-office position in Arnold.

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration or insurance claims preferred.
• Ability to build estimates from field documentation and photos.
• Adept at reviewing files for missing information and ensuring accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Write Xactimate estimates for water, fire, and mold mitigation jobs.
• Build estimates from field scopes, photos, measurements and job documentation.
• Review completed job files for missing information.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and field staff for clarifications.
• Revise and correct estimates as needed.
• Track completed mitigation jobs through the billing process.
• Prepare and send invoices.
• Complete insurance and program documentation.
• Keep job notes and files organized and up to date.
• Follow up on jobs waiting to be billed.
