Job summary

SERVPRO is seeking an experienced Mitigation Project Manager to join our team in Arnold, MD. You will oversee active mitigation jobs, field crews, and day-to-day production, reporting to the Director of Mitigation. Restoration experience and current IICRC certification are required.

This role emphasizes managing multiple jobs, coordinating resources, and ensuring proper documentation and communication with homeowners and insurers. Entry-level is not offered; experienced professionals only.

Qualifications

• Mitigation restoration experience is required.
• IICRC certification is required and current.
• Ability to oversee multiple active mitigation jobs.
• Strong communication with homeowners, adjusters and managers.
• Familiarity with restoration software (Xactimate, DryBook) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple active water, fire and mold mitigation jobs.
• Oversee and support crew chiefs and technicians in the field.
• Visit jobs to verify progress and documentation.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment and scheduling needs.
• Review scopes, photos, drying documentation and notes.
• Communicate with homeowners, adjusters and property managers.
• Meet with adjusters and other parties on site as needed.
• Assist with larger losses and emergency restoration jobs.
• Work closely with Director of Mitigation and office staff.
