Job summary

CareNow urgent care seeks a qualified X-Ray Technician - LMRT to perform radiology procedures, manage in-house labs, and support clinic operations. You will collaborate with the Center Manager and staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited Radiological Sciences program and a Texas LMRT license; 1+ year experience is beneficial, with BLS within 30 days. Potential shifts and front-d desk cross-training may apply.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of Radiological Sciences.
• LMRT license in Texas.
• 1+ year of clinical patient care experience is beneficial.
• Ability to obtain BLS within 30 days of start.
• Strong customer service and written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform radiology procedures for evaluation and treatment.
• Conduct QC checks/audits on radiologic equipment.
• Perform urine/drug screens and in-house lab tests.
• Maintain records for lab work and x-ray results.
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow occupational procedures and patient preference cards.
• Cross-train for front desk tasks and patient check-in/out.
• May work alternate shifts and float to other clinics.
• Assist with general patient care when needed.
