Job summary

CareNow in Brownsville, Texas is seeking a Licensed Medical Radiology Technician (LMRT) to perform radiology procedures and support clinic operations on a PRN basis. You will ensure high-quality images, maintain equipment quality checks, and assist with patient care while collaborating with the Center Manager and staff.

Qualified candidates graduate from an accredited Radiologic Sciences program, hold a Texas LMRT license, and have strong customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited school of Radiological Sciences.
• LMRT license in Texas.
• 1+ year of clinical experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain a BLS Certification within 30 days of start.
• Federal Breath Alcohol Screening Certification and Federal Drug Screening Certification within 3 months.

Responsibilities

• Perform timely and quality radiology procedures for evaluation and treatment by the attending physician.
• Perform quality control checks on radiologic equipment.
• Maintain records and logs for in-house lab work and x-rays.
• Work with clinic staff to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Assist with general patient care when needed.
