Job summary

Ascension Saint Thomas Urgent Care in Murfreesboro, TN seeks experienced ARRT Radiology or Limited License X-Ray Techs to join a full-time team. Responsibilities include performing x-ray procedures, patient movement, and medical assisting duties with emphasis on safety and accuracy.

The role requires a Tennessee X-ray license, BLS, and ARRT certification is preferred. Rotating 36–40 hour weeks with some weekend coverage and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• ARRT radiology certification or eligibility required.
• Current TN State X-Ray license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification.
• Experience as Medical Assistant preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and manage intake in the exam and x-ray rooms.
• Perform radiology procedures and assist with patient positioning.
• Maintain and document vital signs and patient history as appropriate.
• Ensure radiation safety and shielding procedures are followed.
• Document procedures and assist with patient transfers as needed.
