Job summary

HCA Healthcare's CareNow division seeks a Limited Scope Operator/Medical Assistant to perform vital signs, EKGs, IM injections, and radiology under provider orders. You will document in the EHR and assist with check-in/check-out while supporting a fast-paced urgent care team.

Requirements include BLS certification within 30 days, LMRT/RT license, and prior clinical experience. AAMA certification is preferred; 1+ year experience is helpful.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clinical experience in a patient care setting is helpful.
• Experience using an EHR system is beneficial.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs, collect lab specimens, perform EKGs, and administer IM injections.
• Perform x-ray/imaging services per provider orders and update patient charts.
