MedQuest Imaging, a MedQuest Imaging affiliate in Columbia, SC, is seeking a Radiologic Technologist for outpatient imaging. You will prepare patients, operate x-ray equipment, and obtain diagnostic images in a collaborative ambulatory setting.

Join a patient-focused team with no overnight or on-call shifts and a competitive retirement match. ARRT certification and an ARRT-approved radiography program are required, with state licensing as applicable.

Formación

• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program.
• Certified and registered by ARRT in RT(R).
• Applicable state license where required.

Responsabilidades

• Operate the x-ray equipment and obtain diagnostic images.
• Prepare patients and ensure quality imaging in ambulatory settings.
• Work independently and with physicians to support imaging procedures.

What You’ll Do

The Radiologic Technologist works independently and/or assists physicians in the performance of diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and operating the x-ray equipment in order to obtain diagnostic images in the ambulatory setting.

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program
• Certified and registered by ARRT in RT(R)
• Applicable state license where required

Preferred Qualifications:

• Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records (EMR) systems
