Job summary

MedQuest Imaging in Florence, SC, is seeking an MRI Technologist to join a collaborative outpatient imaging team. You will prepare patients and safely operate MRI equipment to obtain diagnostic scans, supporting physicians throughout diagnostic procedures.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, teamwork with radiology and clinical staff, and proficiency with EMR systems to ensure high-quality imaging and patient experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARRT-approved Radiography Program.
• Certified and registered by ARRT in MR – RT(R)(MR) or RT(MR).
• Applicable state license where required.
• Preferred: Compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Familiarity with Epic electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Responsibilities

• The MRI Technologist will assist physicians in the performance of diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures by preparing the patient and safely operating the MR equipment in order to obtain diagnostic scans.
