Job summary

Patient First is seeking a X-ray Technologist Supervisor who will oversee X-ray staff, ensure high-quality imaging, and coordinate with PACS for image processing and archiving. The role emphasizes safety, patient care, and adaptability across centers.

The position includes leadership duties, staff training, and maintaining department records, with a focus on exceptional service and compliance with state requirements.

Qualifications

• ARRT registration required.
• Licensed, if required by state of employment.
• Ability to hear pages, bells, and phone system.
• Lift up to 50 pounds.
• Verbal, written, and typed communication skills required.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Supervise X-ray techs to ensure quality work.
• Administer and perform X-ray tech duties as directed.
• Ensure X-ray techs are qualified and deliver quality performance.
• Process images using DR and archive via PACS.
• Address physician requests promptly and with respect.
• Provide patient care with exceptional customer service.
• Maintain QA records, safety procedures, and equipment.
• Train new staff and conduct interviews.
• Be available to work at any center as needed.
