Job summary

Patient First is seeking an experienced X-ray Technologist to supervise the radiology team, perform imaging and ensure high quality patient care. The role includes administering safety procedures, maintaining QA documentation, and coordinating with the PACS system for image archiving.

You will process referrals, assist with triage, and support center operations. Prior ARRT registration and state licensing as required are essential, with flexibility to cover multiple centers as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and high school graduate or equivalent.
• Registered member of ARRT or graduate of an approved Limited Radiologic Technologist program.
• Licensed, if required by state of employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise X-ray techs to ensure quality work and proper coverage.
• Process images using DR and archive through PACS; communicate with PACS Administrator.
• Maintain QA records, safety procedures, and radiation monitoring logs.
• Obtain quality x-rays with correct positioning, markers and factors.
• Provide warm, friendly service and assist with patient care and triage as needed.
• Be available to work at any center to support staffing needs.
