Qualifications

• AMA‑approved program in Radiologic Technology.
• JRCERT‑accredited program completion.
• Current ARRT‑R certification.
• Medical Radiographer license in NE or Diagnostic Radiographer permit in IA.
• BLS instructor certification at hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide radiological services using standard procedures and ionizing radiation for diagnostics.
• Prepare room, equipment, contrast media, and supplies for procedures.
• Perform routine diagnostic radiographic services accurately per department protocols.
• Choose exposure parameters to obtain optimal images.
• Interact with patients to address concerns and obtain consent.
• Educate patients about procedures and radiology processes.
