Patient First is seeking an experienced X-rayTechnologist supervisor to oversee radiology operations in New Jersey, ensuring quality imaging and safe patient care. You will lead the X-ray team, coordinate with physicians, and manage documentation and PACS workflows.

Requirements include ARRT registration, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to support center coverage. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, paid leave, and opportunities for bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must be ARRT registered and able to work within state specifications.
• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Ability to hear pages, bells and phone system; good communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsabilités

• Supervise X-ray techs to ensure quality work and responsibilities are completed.
• Process images using DR and archive via PACS; communicate with PACS administrator as needed.
• Ensure appropriate x-rays are ordered and respond to physician requests promptly.
• Maintain quality assurance records and safety procedures to minimize radiation exposure.
• Attend staff meetings and assist with training new staff.
