Job summary

Acentra Health, LLC is seeking a Field Representative & Trainer to foster positive provider relations and elevate the customer service experience. You will educate providers on Medicaid policies, drive quality improvements, and coordinate on-site visits, workshops, and webinars.

The role requires delivering in-person training across Wyoming, with hybrid work arrangements. A high school diploma is required, plus 3+ years in provider relations or healthcare education; bachelor’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in provider relations/education or customer service.
• Prior healthcare industry experience with provider networks, insurance, or healthcare regulations is preferred.
• Proficient in creating and delivering educational training courses.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Must have reliable transportation for field work.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient service to providers and external customers, resolving issues through education and resources.
• Support staff and providers for issues requiring extensive research and resolution skills.
• Conduct provider education to promote claims correction on first submission.
• Work with provider networks using Medicaid rules and regulations.
• Assist Medicaid providers with billing issues, policy questions, and other program-related concerns.
• Collaborate with team to identify, document, and resolve provider questions from start to finish.
• Identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for provider communication and training.
• Deliver in-person training to providers across Wyoming via seminars and on-site visits.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to address provider inquiries and maintain service quality.
• Read, understand, and adhere to HIPAA and related policies.
