Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in provider relations/education or customer service.
• Experience in healthcare provider networks, insurance or healthcare rules and regulations.
• Proficient in creating and delivering educational training courses.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to work independently.
• Must have reliable transportation for field work.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient service to providers and external customers.
• Educate providers to promote first-time claims corrections and reduce resubmissions.
• Deliver in-person training across Wyoming via seminars and on-site visits.
• Collaborate with provider networks using Medicaid rules and regulations.
• Assist with resolution of billing issues and policy questions.
• Document and track provider questions from initial request to final resolution.
• Identify improvement areas and propose training enhancements.
