Job summary

Acentra Health is seeking a Field Representative & Trainer to foster positive provider relations and elevate the customer service experience across Wyoming. You will coordinate provider education, drive quality improvement, and ensure understanding of Medicaid policies through in-person workshops and webinars.

This hybrid role requires residency in Wyoming (Cheyenne area preferred) with travel for field work.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in provider relations/education or customer service.
• Healthcare experience with provider networks or Medicaid rules is preferred.
• Experience creating and delivering educational training courses.
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, efficient service to providers and customers, resolving issues through education.
• Deliver provider education via in-person workshops and webinars.
• Support Medicaid providers with billing issues and policy questions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address provider inquiries and ensure service quality.
