Acentra Health in Wyoming is seeking a Field Representative & Trainer to foster positive provider relations, elevate the customer service experience, and coordinate provider education to drive quality improvement and Medicaid policy understanding.

This hybrid role requires onsite visits and trainings across Wyoming, with preferred residency near Natrona County (Casper), Campbell County (Gillette), Sheridan County (Sheridan), Park County (Cody or Powell), or Fremont County (Riverton or Lander) to

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in provider relations/education or customer service.
• Experience in healthcare with provider networks, insurance, or regulatory rules.
• Proficient in creating and delivering educational training courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, efficient service to providers and external customers and resolve issues via education and resources.
• Support staff and providers for issues requiring extensive research and resolution.
• Conduct provider education to promote first-time claims corrections.
• Work with provider networks using Medicaid rules and regulations.
• Assist Medicaid providers with billing issues, policy questions, and related matters.
• Collaborate with teams to document and resolve provider inquiries from start to finish.
• Deliver in-person training across Wyoming via seminars and on-site visits.
• Adhere to HIPAA and company policies.
