Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years in provider relations/education or customer service.
• Experience in healthcare provider networks, billing, or related rules.
• Able to design and deliver engaging training courses.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently.
• Reliable transportation for field work.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, efficient service to providers and external customers.
• Deliver provider education to promote accurate first-time claims submission.
• Support Medicaid providers with billing questions and policy guidance.
• Coordinate with provider networks following Medicaid rules and regulations.
• Identify improvement opportunities and recommend training enhancements.
• Conduct in-person training across Wyoming via seminars and on-site visits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain service quality.
