Acentra Health is seeking a Field Representative & Trainer to foster positive provider relations and elevate the customer service experience. You will coordinate provider education, drive quality improvement, and ensure understanding of Medicaid policies through onsite visits, workshops, and webinars.

The role is hybrid within the State of Wyoming, requiring travel to provider networks for education and training across Wyoming.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in provider relations/education or customer service.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred (provider networks, insurance, or healthcare rules).
• Experience creating and delivering educational training courses.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient service to providers and customers; resolve issues through education and resources.
• Support staff and providers requiring research and resolution.
• Deliver in-person training seminars and on-site provider visits across Wyoming.
