You will mentor senior engineers, manage diverse teams, and oversee strategic planning, risk management, and project delivery. This role supports HDR’s employee-owned culture and global impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
• Professional registration in Architecture/Engineering (as required for leadership roles).
• Experience developing and managing diverse teams.
• Ability to work cooperatively with other HDR directors, managers and marketing teams.
• Commitment to HDR values and employee-owned culture.
