Conditions. Workplace Diversity, LLC. seeks a Writing & Learning Center Program Leader to manage the daily operations of the Writing and Learning Center and to report to the Director of Learning Support Services.
This role centers on delivering high‑quality academic support and coordinating tutoring, writing consultations, and program activities. The ideal candidate brings outstanding communication, adaptability, and the ability to work with diverse communities.
The Writing and Learning Center (WLC) Program Leader is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Writing and Learning Center. The WLC Program Leader reports to the Director of Learning Support Services.
Bachelor's Degree.
One (1) year of experience working in academic support or closely related field.

Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm with extended hours as needed to meet departmental goals.
