The Lindenwood University Writing Center seeks a part-time Writing Specialist to support students and instructors through classroom activities, consultations, and online feedback.
You will collaborate with instructors to develop writing assignments, provide in-person and virtual support, and contribute to the development of training materials for writing staff, while maintaining flexible schedules for non-traditional students.

This is a part-time, 20 hour a week position.
The writing specialist supports students and instructors viaclassroom writing activities, presentations, and smallgroup/one-on-one consultations. This position collaborates withinstructors to develop various levels of writing assignments andassists students in person and virtually while at the WritingCenter.
The intent of this job description is to provide a representationof the types of duties and level of responsibility that will be required of positions given this title.
