Job description

Established in 2005, the Water Restoration Group (WRG) is an industry leader in emergency mitigation and restoration based in Miami, now servicing the Atlanta, Georgia market. WRG is a full‑service contractor hiring a full‑time Crew Chief/Supervisor to provide water, fire, mold, and construction services.

This position is primarily responsible for managing assigned mitigation and remediation projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Respond to emergency service calls during business and after hours.
Assign technicians within your team to emergency projects.
Communicate with customers and inform them of job progress daily.
Document job site conditions in restoration software.
Track profitability and expenses.

Documentation and Software Responsibilities

Obtain daily customer time‑sheet signatures per job.
Clock in and out according to job in designated software.
Complete necessary paperwork.
Record job notes in software after each visit.
Take photos of job sites and record them in software.
Obtain customer signature on the certificate of satisfaction upon completion.

Qualifications

Knowledge of MS Office, databases, and spreadsheets.
Basic accounting principles knowledge.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
Maintain accurate records.

Industry experience preferred.

Position Type and Hours

Full‑time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with potential after‑hour on‑call emergencies and weekend work. Schedule may change to accommodate business needs. Travel may be required during hurricane season or for large losses.

Physical Demands

Work long hours; use equipment; climb ladders; use hand tools.
Carry up to 50 pounds.
Stand, walk, use hands and fingers; reach with arms.
Talk and listen; work in all weather and environments.

Primary work environments include luxury condos, commercial businesses, and residential buildings. Sites may be dirty, cold, wet, or unsanitary. PPE and safety precautions are provided.
