WRG, the Water Restoration Group, is seeking a full-time Crew Chief/Supervisor to lead water, fire, mold, and construction mitigation projects. Based in Miami and expanding to the Atlanta market, you will manage assigned restoration jobs, supervise technicians, and ensure safe, efficient service with a focus on quality and customer communication.
Responsibilities include emergency response, job progress updates, site documentation, and keeping profitability and hours tracked.
Established in 2005 the Water Restoration Group (WRG) is an industry leader in emergency mitigation and restoration based in Miami is now servicing the Atlanta, Georgia market. WRG is a full-service contractor looking to hire a full-time Crew Chief/Supervisor to provide water, fire, mold, and construction services.
This position is primarily responsible for managing assigned mitigation and remediation projects.

Knowledge of MS Office, databases and spreadsheets.
Industry Experience Preferred
This position is a full-time position from Monday to Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm including attending any after hour on call emergencies and weekends. The schedule may change to accommodate the business needs of the company. Travel may be required if assistance is needed during hurricane season or any large losses occur.
Employees are solely responsible for their time management and clocking in and out within appropriate programs. This is a requirement in order to ensure proper documentation of hours worked.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to work long hours, use equipment and climb ladders, go up and down stairs, perform demolition, use hand tools, etc. The employee will be required to carry up to 50 pounds. the employee is frequently standing, walking, using hand and fingers to handle or feel, and reach with hand and arms. the employee is required to talk and listen, have great communication, listening, and teamwork skills, including working in all types of weather and environments.
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. this job operates on the field predominantly within luxury condos, commercial businesses, and residential buildings.
