Established in 2005, the Water Restoration Group (WRG) is an industry leader in emergency mitigation and restoration based in Miami and serves the tri‑county market. WRG is a full‑service contractor looking to hire a full‑time Crew Chief/Supervisor to provide water, fire, mold, and construction services.
This position is primarily responsible for managing assigned mitigation and remediation projects.

Knowledge of MS Office, databases, and spreadsheets.
Industry experience preferred.
This position is a full‑time position from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, including attending after‑hour on‑call emergencies and weekends. The schedule may change to accommodate business needs. Travel may be required during hurricane season or for large losses.
Employees are solely responsible for their time management and clocking in and out within appropriate programs.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to work long hours, use equipment, climb ladders, go up and down stairs, perform demolition, use hand tools, etc. The employee will be required to carry up to 50 pounds. The employee will be frequently standing, walking, using hand and fingers to handle or feel, and reaching with hand and arms. The employee must talk, listen, and have strong communication, listening, and teamwork skills, including working in all types of weather and environments.
