Job summary

Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services in Washington state seeks a licensed therapist to provide intensive, community-based Wraparound services for children, youth and families with mental health needs.

The role involves crisis management, collaboration with teams, home visits, and individualized planning to improve safety and placement stability. Requires a relevant master’s degree and WA licensure or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology or related field.
• Willing to obtain WA licensure (Counselor Agency Affiliated Registration).
• Experience with children and families in clinical settings.
• Ability to work in home and community settings.

Responsibilities

• Work cooperatively with internal and external teams.
• Provide diagnostic assessment (as qualified).
• Assess client strengths and needs over time.
• Use therapeutic modalities including individual and family therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans.
• Provide in-home therapeutic services per Wraparound plans.
• Case management as needed.
• Complete paperwork and learn EMR systems.
• Engage in crisis management and on-call safety planning.
• Attend community networking meetings and pursue ongoing training.
