Catholic Charities of Central Washington is seeking an experienced therapist to provide outpatient mental health services to children, families, and adults. The role includes intake, diagnosis, case management, and treatment, with two positions: Outpatient and WISe wraparound for youths up to 21.

Work involves two evenings weekly, with responsibilities spanning assessments, treatment planning, documentation, and collaboration with schools and community partners.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, counseling, clinical psychology, or related field leading to licensure eligibility.
• Two years of experience in an outpatient setting with children, families, and adults.
• Valid WA driver's license and adequate insurance.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake assessments, diagnoses, and culturally sensitive treatment using evidence-based practices.
• Complete documentation within required timeframes and maintain treatment plans.
• Coordinate with schools, physicians, and community resources to support clients.
• Provide on-call coverage and participate in supervision and team meetings.
• Maintain confidentiality and collaborate with referral sources.
