Catholic Community Services in Washington state seeks a licensed Therapist to deliver intensive, community-based Wraparound services for children, youth and families with serious mental health needs. You will join a clinical team and participate in crisis management, safety planning and on-call rotations.

Responsibilities include direct therapy, family psycho-education, home visits, case management, and documentation in EMR systems.

Formación

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Willing/able to obtain Counselor Agency Affiliated Registration with WA DOH.
• Experience working with children and families in a clinical setting.
• Ability to work in home and community settings.
• Strengths-based orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Team Membership: Work cooperatively with internal and external teams.
• Direct Therapeutic Service: Provide diagnostic assessment and ongoing assessment of client needs.
• Therapy: Use modalities to build on strengths and attend to client needs, including individual and family therapy.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans and provide psycho-education to families.
• In-home therapeutic services as indicated and case management as needed.
• Record keeping: complete paperwork and learn EMR.
• Crisis management: safety planning and after-hours response.
