Catholic Community Services of Western Washington is seeking a Therapist for Wraparound, providing intensive, community-based therapeutic services to children, youth, and families with serious mental health needs. The role is full-time and based in Washington, with pay starting at $36.50–$41.98 per hour DOE and a comprehensive benefits package.

The Therapist will participate as a clinical team member, delivering family- and strengths-based interventions, crisis management, and ongoing case

Qualifikationen

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field.
• Willing/able to obtain a Counselor Agency Affiliated Registration with WA Department of Health.
• Experience working with children and families in a clinical setting.
• Ability to work in home and community settings.
• Strengths-based orientation.
• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
• Acceptable driving record (Driving Abstract-Full driving record required).
• Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
• Support and uphold the mission, beliefs and values of Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services.
• Support and contribute to a creative, collaborative and respectful environment that promotes teamwork.
• Demonstrate the necessary attitudes, knowledge and skills to deliver culturally competent services and work effectively in multi-cultural situations.
• Applicant must successfully pass required background clearances prior to an offer of employment.

Aufgaben

• Team Membership: Work cooperatively with internal and external teams.
• Direct Therapeutic Service: Provide diagnostic assessment (as qualified) and ongoing assessment of client’s strengths and needs.
• Record Keeping: Complete all paperwork, learn and utilize EMR.
• Crisis Management: Participate in ongoing safety planning and on-call rotation.
• Community Relations: Attend community networking meetings and seek additional training.
• Access to PHI: Protect client privacy and comply with HIPAA and CCS policies.
• Other duties as assigned.
