Job summary

Sacramento Children's Home seeks a FSPW Supervisor I to lead the clinical team delivering wraparound services for children and families. You will supervise staff, coordinate individualized services, and ensure fidelity to trauma-informed and High-Fidelity Wraparound models.

The role emphasizes leadership, staff development, and compliance with county contracts, with opportunities for professional growth within SCH’s integrated service programs.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in a mental health or related field and 2+ years of direct care experience in a mental health setting.
• High-Fidelity Wraparound experience preferred or related experience in child and family services.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating services in a clinical program.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Family Facilitators, Family Specialists, Family Partners and Youth Peer Mentors.
• Conduct regular supervision and coaching to staff.
• Oversee monthly and timely completion of staff evaluations and required paperwork.
