Job summary

Sacramento Children's Home in Sacramento, CA seeks a FSPW Supervisor to train and supervise staff delivering high-fidelity wraparound services. You will ensure fidelity to trauma-informed and crisis stabilization models and coordinate with county and program leadership.

The role emphasizes personnel management, documentation, and clinical service quality, with a focus on engaging families and maintaining program standards.

Qualifications

• Master's Degree plus 2 years of direct care experience in a mental health setting or
• Bachelor’s degree plus 4 FTE direct care experience in a mental health setting or
• Associate Arts Degree plus six years of FTE direct care experience in a mental health setting

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Family Facilitators, Family Specialists, Family Partners and Youth Peer Mentors and provide regular supervision and coaching as needed.
• Oversee HR paperwork, evaluations, timekeeping and attendance in accordance with policy.
• Ensure clients and families participate in Critical Family Team (CFT) meetings and monitor scheduling and attendance.
• Oversee fidelity to High-Fidelity Wraparound, trauma-informed and crisis stabilization models.
• Provide weekly supervision to staff and assist with case assignments based on skills.
• Participate in PQI processes and coordinate with CPM and QI Department.
