Job summary

Amanecer empowers low-income kids, adults, and domestic abuse survivors through mental health and case management services. We are seeking a Program Manager to lead the Wraparound team in the Los Angeles area, providing both in-person and hybrid remote support to serve children, youth, and families with complex needs.

The role requires California-licensed or license-eligible clinicians, strong leadership, and experience with Wraparound or intensive field-based services.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, counseling, or related field.
• Licensed in the State of California as LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or Licensed Eligible with BBS registration.
• Two years post-license experience and able to provide clinical supervision highly preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish Speaking preferred.
• CA driver’s license with the ability to travel as often as needed to maintain quality programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality operational leadership to the Wraparound team serving children, youth, and families with complex needs.
• Translate core values and program requirements into culturally responsive services.
• Oversee staff, ensure crisis readiness, and foster trauma-informed, collaborative team culture.
• Participate in required meetings, utilization reviews, and quality assurance activities.
