Responsibilities

• Actively engage families with empathy and maintain confidentiality.
• Orient parents to Wraparound processes and help navigate system structures.
• Support parents to prepare for meetings and advocate for their families.
• Ensure parents can share perspectives in meetings and have their voices reflected in plans.
• Provide observations to support fidelity to Wraparound principles and values.
• Deliver direct services to implement Child and Family Team plan strategies.
• Help develop parenting and self-care skills through meetings and group sessions.
