Phoenix House California seeks a dedicated Parent Partner to provide one-on-one support to parents and caregivers involved in wraparound services. You will attend Child and Family Team meetings, advocate for family voices, and coordinate with DCFS, DMH, courts, and schools to help families access community resources.

As a former parent or caregiver yourself, you bring lived experience to guide families toward stability and independence.

Formación

• Must be a former parent and/or caregiver of county-related or similar services.
• Experience with DCFS/DMH or probation systems preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one family support and advocacy.
• Attend all Child and Family Team meetings.
• Coordinate with agencies to connect families with services.
