BestCare in Oregon seeks a Parent Partner / Case Manager to support parents of children in intensive services, including Wrap-Around and IIBHT. The role blends direct family support with case management and skills training for children and families.

You will collaborate with treatment teams, participate in wraparound meetings, and advocate for family voice while helping families access needed resources and services. Experience with behavioral health and strong communication are essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field or 5 years of equivalent experience with children and families.
• Experience parenting a child who has mental/behavioral health barriers or is a consumer of such services.
• QMHA-I required or eligible to register for QMHA-R within 1 week; obtain certification within 6 months.
• Must have a valid Oregon driver license and be insurable under the organization policy.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.

Mansioni

• Provide direct support to parents/caregivers involved in intensive treatment services.
• Partner with treatment team to ensure high‑quality wraparound and intensive services.
• Attend wraparound team meetings with family, school, and community partners as appropriate.
• Support family voice and choice in all phases of the process.
• Educate families about self‑care, system navigation, and community resources.
• Complete documentation in client charts within agency timelines.
