Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Case Management and/or behavioral health preferred.
• Experience in leading teams is preferred.
• Must be able to pass a NCIC/CIB background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide wraparound services to families with a limit of up to 15 members.
• Coordinate resources and strategies for each family.
• Lead team meetings with youth and family.
