Job summary

Pacific Clinics in Oxnard, CA is seeking a Recovery Specialist to support Peer Partners and Members within the Wellness Center. You will promote WRAP recovery, assist in documentation and program outcomes, and help connect members with community resources.

Under supervision, you’ll help develop WRAP plans, coordinate trainings, and maintain accuracy and confidentiality in PHI while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and community partners.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of mental health experience with adults.
• Ability to work on a multidisciplinary team.
• Bilingual abilities strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attends and participates in weekly staff meetings and discusses program needs.
• Promotes WRAP recovery principles and member skills.
• Assists in developing outcome measurements and documentation.
• Maintains WRAP files, training guides, and policies.
• Organizes training materials and monthly/quarterly reports.
• Ensures confidentiality and PHI compliance per HIPAA and state guidelines.
• Interacts respectfully with a diverse community and staff.
• Completes required paperwork accurately under supervision.
• Supports WRAP-based workshops and peer self-help groups.
• Collaborates with team to outreach to isolated members.
• Assists members in researching community resources and housing access.
