Pacific Clinics is seeking a Peer Partner to provide empathetic, recovery-oriented support to individuals facing similar challenges in California. You will share experiences, build trusting relationships, and guide clients toward self-advocacy and community resources.

You will document progress, maintain confidentiality, and collaborate with a holistic care team to promote empowerment and resilience in the client’s growth journey.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Direct experience with behavioral health services or recovery supports is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides peer-based support and mentorship to individuals facing similar life challenges.
• Shares personal experiences in a respectful, supportive manner to foster hope and connection.
• Builds trusting, non-judgmental relationships to support individuals in their recovery or growth.
• Offers guidance, encouragement, and practical strategies for navigating systems and life challenges.
• Assists individuals in identifying strengths, setting goals, and developing self-advocacy skills.
• Documents interactions and progress in accordance with program guidelines.
