Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a Certified Peer Specialist to support person-centered planning and a Recovery Center environment. You will provide one-on-one and group peer support, connect clients with resources, and facilitate WRAP groups.

Qualifications

• Has personal lived experience with mental health system and recovery
• CPR and First Aid certifications preferred or must obtain within specified period
• Certified Peer Specialist credential strongly preferred; must become certified within one year
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks may be required

Responsibilities

• Support person-centered planning and interventions in Restoration Center Support Plans
• Provide peer support in RC Triage and Respite programs
• Staff the Living Room and support access to showers, laundry, and other services
• Connect individuals with community resources and recovery networks
• Facilitate WRAP groups and recovery education sessions
• Provide transportation support to medical and behavioral health appointments
• Complete required documentation per training standards
• Receive supervision from the Manager of Peer Services
