Job summary

100Hires, Inc. is seeking a leader to drive the Wrap Manufacturing value stream at Plant 3. You will guide a high-performing team, oversee staffing and training, and direct end-to-end production from first piece through final audit to meet customer demand.

Leaders use Lean tools and structured problem solving (5 Why, Fishbone, A3) to reduce waste, improve yield, and ensure safety and quality. Strong APQP/PPAP, KPI management, and ISO/IATF compliance are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated Lean manufacturing experience leading wrap/production environments.
• Strong problem-solving using 5 Why, fishbone, and A3 methods.
• Experience with APQP/PPAP, KPI-driven production, and ISO 14001/IATF 16949 compliance.
• Fluency with operational metrics and scheduling for complex lines.

Responsibilities

• Guide a high-performing team through daily tier meetings and align priorities.
• Oversee staffing, cross-training, coaching, and performance development.
• Direct end-to-end production across wrap lines, metal encapsulation, handling, curing, and finishing.
• Collaborate with Planning, Purchasing, Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain to optimize flow and meet delivery commitments.
• Monitor run rates, throughput, downtime, scrap, and takt adherence; adjust as needed.
